OPPO to debut their Reno 7 series in November and a new leak has now revealed all major specifications of the cheapest phone in the Reno 7 series. The OPPO Reno 7 is coming with MediaTek Dimensity 920 hardware. This smartphone will compare the upcoming Redmi Note 11 Pro.
According to the leaks, the OPPO Reno 7 will come with a 6.5-inch FHD+ 90 Hz AMOLED made by BOE. The screen will support 10-bit colour. Under the hood will be a Dimensity 920, the same chipset expected in the Redmi Note 11 Pro, and a little upgrade on the OPPO Reno 6's Dimensity 900. This chip will chipset will provide a similar performance to Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G (5G). OPPO Reno 7 comes with LPDDR4XRAM and UFS 3.1 storage types
The OPPO Reno 7 is tripped to feature a Sony's IMX766 50MP camera sensor. This is the same sensor that is used in One Plus 9. Its competitor Redmi Note 11 Pro will come with a 108MP camera which is ISOCELLHM2. The 50MP Main camera is joined by an 8MP Ultra Wide IMX355 camera sensor and there is also a 2MP macro sensor. At the front, there will b a 32MP Selfieshooter which is IMX615. This 32MP camera also supports video recording at 4K/30FPS.
Oppo is likely to launch the phone with 8GB/ 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The phone will also come with a vapor chamber liquid cooling system. It will pack a 4500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. Other specs include a stereo speaker setup, Z-axis linear motor, a 6000-series aluminum frame, etc.
Pricing should be the real decider, and Xiaomi likely has an edge there. Like the Redmi Note 11 series, OPPO is expected to launch the Reno 7 series in November.
